Two-day delivery on all in-stock items excluding orders made on Thursday, during the weekend, or official holidays. Which will be processed on the first working day after the holiday.

Delivery service is available inside Qatar only.

Successful delivery is dependent on the accuracy of the address and contact information provided. Please provide your correct and accurate contact informations, that is required to confirm the order and address prior to releasing the order.

Make sure to place your order before 02:30 pm during working days for next day delivery (Except for Thursdays, weekends, and holidays).

In case of any inaccuracy in-order delivery or any missing items, please report the issue within 48 hours from delivery.

Order will be cancelled automatically in case the customer did not answer to confirm the order or to confirm the address if any more details are needed, within 48 working hours from placing the order.

Orders received during public holidays and Eid holidays will be processed after the holiday.
